Purchase Agreement
Before you register for a class, please read our Purchase Agreement below.  

 

REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE

  • To register or purchase from ComoMango online you must be over 18 years of age.
  • Students must ensure that the details provided on registration are correct and complete
  • All rates are in Canadian Dollars
  • Visa and Mastercard are the only online methods of payment.
  • The following payment methods are accepted in person at the Comomango studio: cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, cheque.
  • Once students have registered for a class online they will receive a confirmation which they can print. To check-in for a class for which they have registered online, students must give their full name at reception prior to the start of the first class.
  • No guarantee is given regarding the accuracy of information on the website. Comomango may alter the information on its website.  

SESSION CLASSES – Refund Policy

  • Students who have registered and paid for a session, but withdraw prior to the session’s start date are entitled to a full refund. Students requesting a full refund in the second week of classes will be charged a $20 fee. No refunds will be given after the second week of classes.
  • No refunds will be given for a session in which the student has participated, regardless of the number of classes attended. UP CLASSES S
  • A drop-in make up class will be offered for one missed session class.  The student must choose from the available drop-in classes within the dates of the registered session, to make up the session class missed. Only 1 make up class per session is allowed. S
  • Students may register late for a full session up to the second week of classes. The full session price must be paid. A student registering late is entitled to one drop-in make up class. A student wishing to register after the second week of class may do so only by paying the per-class rate ($26/class including taxes).
  • Late registration for Choreography classes will only be accepted up to the second week of classes. S
  • A student may pay the per-class rate ($26/class including taxes) if they wish to try a single session class, or if they anticipate missing more than two classes during the 7-week session.
  • Per-class payment is not accepted for Choreography classes.

 

DROP-IN CLASSES – Refund Policy

  • Individual drop-in classes are non-refundable.
  • Drop-in packages of 8 or 16 classes are non-refundable.
  • The 8-class drop-in package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • The 16-class drop-in package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

DISCOUNTS

  • Students are eligible for a 10% discount on all group classes and private classes, upon presentation of a valid student card.
  • Members of Salsafolie are eligible for a 10% discount on all group classes and private classes, upon presentation of a valid membership card.
  • Discounts do not apply to Comomango events or special workshops.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Gift certificates are non-cash-redeemable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
  • They can be used to purchase all products and classes offered at Comomango Dance Company.
  • Gift certificates cannot be used towards Comomango events or special workshops.
  • All gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of issue.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The student agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these may change from time to time. The student accepts that dancing is a strenuous activity from which injuries could arise. ComoMango the instructors are not liable for personal injuries, loss of, or damage to personal property. Each student may decline to participate in any activity.  The student is responsible for informing the instructor of any physical limitations they have. If in doubt as to your physical abilities, ComoMango strongly advises you to consult your physician before participating in any activities offered by our dance school. All students under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.  

 

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Comomango respects your privacy and pledges to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.
  • Comomango’s website uses sophisticated security measures to protect users' information. Our use of secure server software (SSL) ensures that your credit card information is protected against fraudulent use while on our site.
  • Your personal information is kept secure.  Only authorized employees, who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential, have access to this information. You are entitled to opt out of all emails and Facebook messages from Comomango.
  • Comomango will not sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.
